Start-ups are tenuous and in the case of this dutch bicycle busines so are their bicycles. At $3,000 a bike, the VanMoof house was losing a substantial amount of money on shattered bringings- so they decided to change their package approach. The first thing that probably comes to your imagination as a solution to this problem is sturdier chests or thicker isolation, but VanMoof came up with an even more luxurious- and less expensive- idea.

“We queried ourselves, what do Americans truly desire? What would spur escorts to be fragile with a packet? ” Taco Carlier, VanMoof’s co-founder, told CNNMoney. “That’s when we thought of a flat screen TV, because our container is the same width and appearance as that of a really big TV.”
Well, sometimes “the worlds largest” unconventional ideas reap the most difficult wages. Since the brand-new container open last year the VanMoof company saw an 80% drop in mars on their deliveries.
Even with the deft new picture, the company still maintains transparency by affirming the actual materials on each box. Both the consumers and escorts have reported positive responses to the idea.
While they say all notoriety is good notoriety, the Co-founder worried about the newfound attention changing the tactic, “We tried to do that[ keep-up the secret] for as long as “weve been able”, until a columnist in our store in New York tweeted about it and uncovered it to the world, ” said Carlier. But despite such reports, he supplements there hasn’t been an increase in damages.
It’s clear that the word is out and all Carlier can hope for is that nobody makes his idea: “The more firms do this, the least effective it will be.”
